Japan has a worldwide-known culture / art in its history – such as “Ukiyoe” which made an impact
on Art Deco / Nouveau in 1990s as well as “Zen” which has been a boom recently in Europe.
In addition to those attractive backgrounds, recent following winds like the start of issuance
personal visas for Chinese tourists encourage more and more people especially in Asia to visit Japan.
In this current situation, we’ve started a project which provides everyone with an opportunity
to re-realize the Japanese cultural / artistic backgrounds and also to join eco-saving activities
in Japan by using our product.
“FUJISEISUI” – we’ve started this mineral water brand with its package design
featuring Mt. Fuji, (Japanese most famous symbol) and “Ukiyoe”
(the most famous Japanese style of art).
And we’ve developed a scheme to feel the pride of Japan and to contribute
to environment-saving activities in Japan by purchasing and using this product.
We hope you realize the pride of Japan through our product and activities.
■ "Mt. Fuji" - one of the most famous Japanese symbol
Our company, Fujiseisui Co., Ltd., has its production site in Yamanakako in Yamanashi. With its strict quality control system, our mineral water “FUJISEISUI” is produced by packaging the high-quality water filtered by seven basalt layers under the Mt. Fuji. We’ve also been organizing environment-saving activities at Mt. Fuji with many volunteer staff.
About the package design of “FUJISEISUI”, we cooperated with SPREAD, a design unit in Japan which has been working on designs featuring Japanese traditional crafts like ITO, and then Katsushika Hokusai’s "Red Fuji" from Thirty-six views of Mt. Fuji series which is one of the motifs of the Japanese industrial pavilion at Shanghai Expos 2010 is selected as a major component for this package design.

■ Outline of production process
Bottles including the pre-form (prototype of the bottle) are produced by blow molding in our production site, which enables more efficiency in logistics and more reduction of negative effects on the environment as well.
All the processes including washing, filling and capping are conducted under the strictly cleaned and controlled environment with automated checking systems, in order to achieve high quality and safety with out product.

Raw water is obtained from the well around 100 meters below the ground (at 1000 meters above sea level) and delivered to the production site directly without touching air.

Raw water is filtered several times and then sterilized at high temperature.

Filling the water in the blow-molded bottles is processed with the heat-sterilization and normal temperature filling system.

Check the filled water bottle through the physical and chemical inspection.

Finally, put into the box.
“FUJISEISUI” is produced by packaging the high-quality raw water filtered by seven basalt layers under the Mt. Fuji. It contains 75μg/l of vanadium which is said to have some positive effects on modern diseases (cf. Major supplier A’s product containing 62μg/l). We hope “FUJISEISUI” to contribute the health of all people from children to elderly people.

■ Environment-saving activities around Mt. Fuji
We’ve also been organizing environment-saving activities at Mt. Fuji and Narusawa-mura in Yamanashi with our employee and family, local and many volunteer staff.
